How Much Trouble Can Someone Get In For Gutting An Abandoned Building for Scrap Metal?
say if there is an abandoned warehouse or hospital, thats been abandoned for years, how much trouble can one get in for going in and gutting the building for scrap metal such as copper and steel (as long as it doesnt destroy or damage the structure itself)

***Also, i forgot to add, this building is a popular spot for kids/teenagers to hang out, they skate board all over the property and people even go inside at night just to explore the place for fun so when cops or security do show up, as long as they arent ..seen.. doing anything wrong, they are told to just leave***
