Don't freak out. Bactrim is in pregnancy catagory C -- MOST medications are in catagory C. This just means that there have been no controlled studies in pregnant women. (It's not ethical to do such studies.) There is little or no evidence of harm to human babies, esp. when taken in early pregnancy. (Close to term sulfa drugs can cause certain problems for the newborn.)
If you are pregnant you are BARELY pregnant, and really, anything you do is extremely unlikely to do the slightest harm.
Still, if you're really worried, call your doctor, tell him you were prescribed Bactrim for a UTI and that you might be pregnant. He'll call in a prescription for something else.
