Why my wife wanted ice water when shes cold?
She just moved up north where Im and South shes shes not then use cold here and this is his first time dealing with snow. Well when we are in time, it sucks water ice. She eats like crazy when you get home. Why?
Easy. She is dehydrated. Cold is a sign of the "first" of dehydration. Thirsty is. When when you feel thirsty, you're 25% dehydrated. This is normal.
