Fashion Reading Pack
What to bring on the trip? {Read on!}?
At my school if you are in HONORS you can go on a 2 day trip to the beach. We have to do educational stuff but thats ok with me. Oh, and my boyfriend WONt be there so nothing slutty and WE WILL BE GOING TO THE BEACH! What should I pack? And what should I pack it in? I am very high fashion so links are great!
1st phase. Skin protection
High fashion no matter how nice looks awful on shrimp red skin.
- High level UV protection skin lotion (try to use the ones not oil-base)
-Off!, mosquito bites are such a pain in the beach!
-Beach makeup (UV protecting lip balm, WATERPROOF mascara and eyeliners and shadow IF affordable).
2nd phase. the basics formula
-Little red dress (the equivalent to the little black dress we all must have)
-skirt
-boyshorts (to sleep with)
-capris
-jeans
-your "out of the water" cover, i like sequined veils, but Puccini inspired prints look great and so different from everyone else's cover
-2-3 swimsuits (try not to be a matchy-matchy dresser, mix the tops and bottoms and use bold colors)
-3 tops (remember to include a tank top)
-I pajama top
Sandals
Shoes
Sunglasses
3rd phase R + R kit
-Body lotion (please use hidrating one)
-Intensive care hair conditioner
TRENDS today
-More conservative and refined, forget the bling and think glam.
-40's urban inspired fashion, la dolce vita (A line skirts, remember Stefani's cool vid? Something like that)
-Straight lines
-Blue is the new green
