Why does my ferret bite me so much and so hard?
I just adopted a 3 year old ferret. The first day he was real cute and sweet. Since then he won't stop biting. For no reason he bit me and its not just a nip. He broke the skin and I was bleeding.. A LOT. I just don't know what to do. This is about the 5th time he's done it. I am thinking about returning him but I don't want to give up so fast! HELP!
ferrets are very mean animals u just have to train them right because mine does the same i would say maybe Start to take it out every day and have like a skort bottle and if he/she tries to bit u spray it with the water and if that doesn't help i would say yeah return it because the are still wild animals no matter what
