Case Reading Glasses
Are reading glasses bad for my eyes?
I am 18. I read a lot, and I spend a lot of time doing research on the computer, but I have a perfectly fine vision. I can read tiny fonts, my vision never gets blurry even after I spend hours in front of a screen, and I never feel like they hurt.
The question is probably stupid... I'm wondering, are reading glasses good for your eyes even in my case? Like 1.25 reading glasses or something. I think they look good, so I don't mind wearing them, but will they damage my eyes if I don't really need them?

if you don't need them, you can in fact ruin your eyes. in some cases, glasses actually makes your vision worse. there are ways to improve your vision without the use of glasses. i actually watched a medical program, where the doctor did research on natural ways to improve vision without the use of glasses, and found that if you massage the place where the back of your head meets your neck, and massage the space right between each eye and the nose, your vision can get better. also, rub your palms together until they get really hot, and put each palm over each eye for 5 minutes. this should improve your vision also
